commiting slow suicide~

few years ago i was rushin through life in hi gear
owez tense, nvr relaxed
i wud get up in the fast in the morning
eat fast, dress fast, worked fast, hurried home,
and at night i even tried to sleep fast
and thrs one moment
i askd this question to myself
"aru killing urself,y dont u slow dawn?y don't u relax?"
hehe now im laughing at some of those sillier worries
i laugh them out of existance
