Day 2 : Fav Movie

My favorite movie will definitely, definitely be The Lord of The Rings - All three movie.

The Lord of The Rings ada tiga movie... The Lord of The Rings Trilogy or LOTR Trilogy menurut kata-kata masyarakat umum.

The first one is The Fellowship of The Ring.

This first trilogy of LOTR tells about a Hobbit named Frodo Baggins who inherits a Ring that would give a dark and powerful lord the power to enslave the world. The Ring actually ada satu power that can make you attracted to it. Itulah yang sebenarnya terjadi kepada Frodo.

Luckily for him, dia ada sorg kawan wizard - Gandalf - yang memberitahu Frodo kejahatan-kejahatan yang lahir daripada Ring tersebut. So, with Gandalf's help, and few others... manusia, elves etc yang membentuk Fellowship of The Ring. Bersama-sama Fellowship ni, Frodo and member baik dia yang juga sebenarnya pembantu di rumahnya, Samwise Gamgee, travel ke Mount Doom ni untuk memusnahkan cincin tersebut.

Cincin Berpuaka yang diwarisi Frodo

It's a shame actually yang Frodo kena buang the cincin. It looks so nice, kan? Sayang berpuaka.

The second film daripada trilogi LOTR ialah The Two Towers.

Dalam sekuel ni, Frodo dan Fellowship-nya meneruskan perjalanan untuk memusnahkan the Ring. Perjalanan mereka walaubagaimanapun mendapat tentangan daripada Dark Lord Sauron yang kuasanya sangat2 bergantung atau terkandung pada cincin yang hobbit chumel ini nak musnahkan.

Dalam perjalanan, Fellowship ini terbahagi kepada dua dan mereka bertemu di Orthanc Towers di Isengard setelah menewaskan Saruman, sorang evil wizard yang merupakan pakatan Lord Sauron.

Filem LOTR yang ketiga pula ialah The Return of The King.

Frodo and Sam, ditemani or lead by Gollum (sila google kalo tak tau), meneruskan perjalanan ke Mount Doom untuk memusnahkan cincin tersebut. dalam masa yang sama, Aragorn, seorang manusia yang juga merupakan ahli Fellowship of The Ring, mengetuai tenteranya yang seciput sahaja ke tempat dark Lord Sauron untuk membantu Frodo, yang juga digelar sebagai Ring Bearer dalam filem ini, menyelesaikan task-nya.

Begitu la kira-kira cerita paling pendek pasal LOTR. I have all three books of LOTR. The earliest version, original version, given by Mr J. Actually, I watched the movie first and then I read the books. Both pun sama-sama berkualiti.

Why I like this movie?

Firstly, sebab novel and film tak banyak bezanya. The movie is actually based on the novel with the same title, yang ditulis oleh si hebat J.R.R Tolkien. Secara ringkasnya, LOTR sebenarnya adalah epic adventure of good against evil, the power of friendship and individual courage.

Bila aku dapat novel LOTR daripada Mr J, aku tengok balik movie ni and bandingkan dengan buku. Tak banyak yang diubah and script untuk setiap actor pun adalah mengikut dalam buku. Jadi, the original storyline is still there. Maybe, diorg pendekkan tp the important scene masih di sana.

Second, sebab CGI or computer graphic imagery teknik dia sangat gempak. Sangat sangat ok. Aku tau ada lagi filem yang CGI dia maybe lebih gempak but for me, LOTR sangat2 mengiurkan. Storyline, the casts semua handsome and chantek... hahaha

Tapi yang paling penting, LOTR punya story tidak lari dari original story.

Yang ketiganya ialah, tempat-tempat yang dia gunakan sebagai location sangat menarik. And tempat itu adalah tempat yang aku berangan nak pergi one day nanti... NEW ZEALAND !!!

Bagi sesiapa yang tengok movie ni, for your information, Middle Earth scene was filmed in New Zealand - The rolling hills of Matamata became Hobbiton, the volcanic region of Mount Ruapehu transformed into the fiery Mount Doom where Sauron forged the Ring. Queenstown, capital city of New Zealand adalah set for numerous scenes termasuk Eregion Hills and the Pillars of Argonath.

Bila tengok LOTR, I felt like I'm actually there hahaha... Tambah -tambah, ada lelaki-lelaki macho serta elf yang sangat hensem, menjadikan angan-angan itu sesuatu yang sangat indah hahaha...

This is an inaccessible location close to Closeburn. Lokasi untuk Amon Hen atau Middle Earth. 8km dari Queenstown. LOTR buat filming di Pine forest on a peninsula located on the shore of Lake Wakatipu.

This is Isengard. The Realm of Rivendell. Tempat ni adalah di Kaitoke Regional Park, Upper Hutt.

Lokasi untuk Fellowship of The Ring. Matamata, North Island.

Lokasi Isengard jugak. The realm of Saruman, the evil wizard. Ingat tak scene Merry and Pippin dengan pokok yang bercakap? Yang sama-sama p kalahkan Saruman? Well, ini la lokasi sebenarnya. Harcourt Park, Akatawara Road, Upper Hutt, Wellington.

Lokasi The fellowship of the Ring. White Bridge in the woods of Lothlorien. Ini di Fernside Lodge, Featherston, Wairapa, New Zealand.

And one thing aku respect pasal penulis asal novel LOTR ni, pak cik J.R.R Tolkien kita, dia siap cipta sistem bahasa lagi untuk mereka-mereka yang hidup dalam dunia LOTR ni. Dia betul-betul bersungguh-sungguh la ni. So respect. Ini dia Pak cik J.R.R Tolkien. Aku biasa panggil dia Uncle Tol je. Not the one yang Uncle Sammy buat di jeraya-jeraya Malaysia k...

Nahhh...itu la dia filem kegemaran aku. Actually, soalan dia pendek je. Cuma tanya filem apa aku suka. Tapi disebabkan aku sangat sangat sangat taksub pada LOTR, aku nak la jugak menceritakan sikit-sikit pasal filem ni mengikut pengetahuan aku yang tak seberapa.

To those yang tak pernah atau tak berkesampatan menonton filem ni di wayang or banyak kali terlepas siarannya di television, jangan risau. Gunakan google untuk download LOTR Trilogy and tengok la sampai lebam k hahahaha... Seriously, you won't regret watching this movie. Espevially pada yang dah baca ketiga-tiga novelnya.
